And being able to afford things made for a quiet lifestyle is also key — the challenge was managing my money to get to that level this time around. From before I learned that once I eat, there is nothing I can do to make it in the day more or less uncomfortable, to go after something small which, without limiting myself , is worth my time. Even for a hobby or for an exercise routine , eating is the end-all, be-all of my day. It’s my job to work on this, and honestly it’s also my job to remind myself of when to decide to make things.
